Felix DeCarvalho
Head Coach for Youth Programs
Felix was a rower for Kearny High School and is currently the head coach of Don Bosco Prep. Prior to taking the reins for the Ironmen, he coached Montclair Crew.
Gail Lahm
Assistant Coach for Youth and Learn-to-Row Programs
Gail has been coaching for 11 years and rowing for 14 years. She has competed often as a rower and as a coxswain, earning third place at the Head of the Charles in the Women's Masters 4+. In addition to her coaching duties at PRRA, Gail is the Head Women's Coach for Belleville High School. She holds a Level II coaching certification from the United States Rowing Association.
Jeff Lahm
Assistant Coach for Learn-to-Row and Youth Programs
Jeff has been coaching for 7 years and rowing for 12 years. He has competed in many head races and Masters sprints, winning a gold medal at the Royal Canadian Henley Regatta. Jeff is the Head Men's Coach at Belleville High School and has coached a novice four to gold at the New Jersey State Rowing Championships. In addition to his regular coaching duties, Jeff offers private sculling lessons to members of the Community and Recreational Rowing Programs. Jeff holds a Level II coaching certification from the United States Rowing Association.
