You will receive access to a 3-month indoor erg training plan to help you retain all your spring and summer training throughout the winter. The conditioning that you receive in the training program will gear you up to be more than ready when you get back on the water in the spring. This is OPEN to NON-Members!

Masters Winter Erg Training

Coached Weight-Lifting Add-On – $150

• Tuesdays and Fridays at 7:00 am (1 hour sessions)

Winter Friends and Family Visitor’s Pass – $125

• Open to visiting rowers as well as friends and family of PRRA members
• Gives access to the indoor facilities during winter season, 12/1-2/28
• Requires USRowing membership and Safesport training

Use this form to request private lessons with the Passaic River Rowing Association (PRRA). The results of this form will be forwarded to our coaches, who will reach out shortly for scheduling.

Private lessons are intended for adult aged participants who have prior rowing experience. They are appropriate for someone who may be:

• Returning to the sport in need of a refresher
• Looking for focused, technical training 
• Preparing for a regatta
• Seeking instruction in a more private atmosphere

At a minimum, participants must have completed a learn to row program to participate in a private lesson.

All lessons are booked for 90 minutes with 60 minutes of instruction.
